New swimmers (we're primarily interested in 4-6 year olds that are not strong swimmers and this is their first swim team season) must swim the width of the pool unassisted. You must be a registered Barracuda swimmer to enter the water. After the tests, there will be a brief team discussion with the parents about this season's requirements (Volunteering, training, etc.) |

Timeline for Meet of Champs – Session 1 – Division 6 Parking Lot Set Up: 6:30 AM - No Earlier than 6:30 – Katy ISD Request Concession/Food Truck Set Up: 6:30 AM T-Shirt Set Up: 6:30 AM Inside Set Up: 6:30 AM Concession/T-shirts/Food Trucks Opens 7:00 AM Swimmer Arrival: 7:00 AM Whale Rep Meeting: 7:15 AM Warm Up Start: 7:30 AM Timer Meeting 8:00 AM Judges Meeting 8:00 AM Volunteers in Position: 8:20 AM 6&U – 7-8 Relays being set up at ready bench Warm Up End Swimmers out of Water: 8:20 AM Coaches relay: 8:20 AM National Anthem: 8:25 AM Start of the Meet: 8:30 AM Estimated end of Meet: 12:30 PM **Parking lot set up arrives early to clearly mark off tent area for swimmer tents. Ropes & stanchions or Cones should be used and must be provided by a team swimming at MOC. **Concession set up begins early to be ready to sell to swimmers before meet begins. If you feel you need more time to set up, please adjust arrival time accordingly. |
