This is the team refund policy. Please review before registering. There are no exceptions.

The WHALe Fee is not part of the team's registration fee, and we cannot refund it. 

If your swimmer doesn't pass the Swim Test DURING THE TEST SESSION

$160 team registration: Refund = $135

$135 team registration: Refund = $115

$65 team registration: Refund = $40

If you withdraw your swimmer(s) DURING THE FIRST CALENDAR WEEK OF PRACTICE

$160 team registration: Refund = $110

$135 team registration: Refund = $85

$65 team registration: Refund = $15

After the first calendar week of practices, even if you register after practices have already started, NO REFUNDS.
